After acclimating to the speed and size of Major League Soccer during his first season, defender Jordan Russolillo will be looked to provide depth on the Fire's backline during his second go-around in 2007. The Fire's third-round SuperDraft pick in 2006 took the course many young MLS players have the past two years by making the most of the MLS Reserve Division, becoming a staple for the Fire Reserves in his first professional season. The Southern Connecticut State product was a co-leader on the Fire Reserves with 10 appearances and nine starts in 2006, and he's hoping to turn that experience into his first minutes in League play in 2007.
