Chicago Fire Soccer have announced that the club will hold open tryouts for male soccer players ages 18 and older who believe they can succeed at the Major League Soccer level on December 8th and 9th, 2009.
Applications must be submitted ONLINE and you must have a valid e-mail address as applications will not be accepted via fax or over the phone.
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1 at 5 PM CT - NO EXCEPTIONS! All registrants will be contacted with a schedule via e-mail on or before Tuesday, December 1.
Registration is $150 and includes a ticket to the Fire's 2010 Opening Night on April 10 at 7:30pm. Space at the tryout is extremely limited so please apply early.
TRYOUT DATE & TIME
The first round of tryouts will take place on Tuesday, December 8th. Each player is required to attend one the first round of tryouts and is guaranteed one hour of playing time. All players will be notified on site if they are to return for Day Two of the tryouts on Wednesday, December 9th.

Day (1) & Day (2) morning session
Players will be placed into teams of (5) v (5) + goalkeepers and each team will be allocated a one hour time slot. Players will be notified on site if they have been selected for day (3).
DAY (2) afternoon session
Players will be placed into teams of (9) v (9) + goalkeepers and each team will be allocated a one hour time slot. Systematically players will be selected to move onto the next stage or notified if they have been cut.
