A.This year Full and Half Season Ticket Holders will be receiving a commemorative 10 year celebration scarf as their gift. Each account will receive one scarf per seat per account. REMEMBER: THE TAG ON YOUR SCARF IS YOUR TICKET TO GAME ONE (1). DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG FROM YOUR SCARF; IT WILL BE SCANNED AT THE GAME. Q. Can I purchase additional Season Ticket Holder gifts? A. Each Full and Half Season Ticket Holder receives on gift per seat in his/her account. To maintain the exclusivity of this commemorative item, additional scarves are not for sale. Q. What events are taking place this year for Season Ticket Holders? A. Exclusive Season Ticket Holder events for Full and Half Season Ticket Holders will be listed on the Season Ticket Holder calendar. Q. Do Season Ticket Holders receive pre-sales for upcoming concerts at TOYOTA PARK? A. For some events at TOYOTA PARK, promoters may decide to set up a special pre-sale which Season Ticket Holders may participate in. During a pre-sale, a limited number of tickets are available for sale within a specified amount of time prior to the actual sale of tickets to the general public. Please note that while a pre-sale can afford you the opportunity to attempt to purchase tickets before the general public sale, there is no guarantee that you will be able to obtain tickets since, as in normal ticket-selling situations, there is a limited supply of tickets. In order to participate in most pre-sales a special code is required. For events where a promoter has arranged for Season Ticket Holders to participate in a pre-sale, Season Ticket Holders will be notified of the guidelines of the pre-sale via e-mail only.
