Q. What are the game day parking lot hours? A. Parking lots open three (3) hours prior to game time. All guests must exit the parking lots 60 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Q. How much does parking cost? A. Parking is $15 game day. TOYOTA PARK has three (3) onsite parking lots adjacent to the stadium. They are the East lot, West lot, and North lot. Q. Is discounted parking available for Season Ticket Holders? A. Discounted parking booklets for the general lots are available by contacting Season Ticket Services at 708-496-6800. A 20-game general lot parking booklet costs $240 and a 10-game general lot parking booklet costs $120. A $5.00 service charge applies to these parking booklets. Individual game discounted parking is available for $12.00 per ticket by contacting Season Ticket Services at least one week prior to game day. Q. What information should I know about game day street closures? A. On some game days, 71st Street will be closed WESTBOUND three (3) hours prior to game time and will be closed EASTBOUND ninety (90) minutes post-game. The Bridgeview Police Department will monitor traffic flow and construct traffic patterns accordingly on a game by game basis. Q. What are the Ticket Office hours on game day? A. The Ticket Office will open three (3) hours prior to game time and is located on the east side of the stadium at Gate D. The satellite ticket booth located by gate B (for game day purchases, voucher redemption, advance ticket purchases, and Ticketmaster will-call only) also opens three (3) hours prior to game time. The Advanced Ticket Sales Window is located on the main concourse next to Guest Services and is open during the game to purchase tickets for upcoming events after entering TOYOTA PARK. Q. Can I pick up Will Call tickets at any ticket window? A.Season Ticket Holder Will Call tickets purchased through the Chicago Fire, including extra individual game tickets purchased via the Season Ticket Holder hotline, must be picked up at windows 9-12 only on days when a Will Call tent is not present outside the ticket windows. If a Will Call tent is present outside the Ticket Office, Season Ticket Holder Will Call tickets are available only at this Will Call tent. Will Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up at any window on days when a Will Call tent is not present outside the ticket windows. If a Will Call tent is present outside the Ticket Office, Ticketmaster Will Call tickets are available at this Will Call tent. Q. Where should I go for ticket-related Customer Service questions / concerns on game day? A. The two Customer Service ticket windows are located inside the glass doors by Gate D. Use the doors furthest to your right as you enter the building. Q. When do gates to TOYOTA PARK open on game day? A. Gates open approximately 90 minutes prior to game time. All guests may enter through Gate A, Gate B, Gate C or Gate F. Please enter through gate listed on ticket for easier access to seat location. Suite and Club Holders may enter at Gate D. Guests with wheelchair accessible seating may also enter through Gate D. Q. How can I find out about activities taking place on game day? A. Check our Gameday Experience Page for information about game day. In addition, Season Ticket Services will send an online newsletter, The Pitch, prior to each game. A. The Guest Services booth is located on the East Concourse behind Section 127. Q. Where is Lost and Found? A. Lost and Found is at the Guest Services booth on the East Concourse behind Section 127 on game days. After an event has passed, please call Guest Services at 708-496-6820 any weekday during normal business hours to inquire about any lost items. Q. How can I purchase tickets for another game while inside the stadium? A. The Advance Ticket Window is located next to the Guest Services booth on the East Concourse behind Section 127. |
