Do you think you're the biggest Chicago Fire fan? Have you been a Season Ticket Holder since the Fire's inaugural season in 1998? Do you cheer loudly at every game in our Supporters Section? Tell the Fire in 100 words or less why you or a friend should be selected as the Season Ticket Holder of the Game.

The Chicago Fire Front Office will select one (1) Chicago Fire Full Season Ticket Holder or one TOYOTA PARK Suite or Club Season Ticket Holder as Season Ticket Holder of the Game for each regular season home game in 2008. Each winner will receive:

  • Ticket upgrade (2 seats) for the game at which you are recognized
  • Acknowledgment on the jumbotron at that game
  • An exclusive Season Ticket Holder of the Game Fire gift

In addition, the Fire will feature a profile of each winner on the Chicago Fire Season Ticket Holder website.

Complete the Nomination Form (.doc » | .pdf ») to nominate yourself or any Full Season Ticket Holder. Completed nomination forms can be returned to the Chicago Fire Front Office by any of the following methods:

  • Fax the completed form to 708-496-6050
  • In person on a Chicago Fire game day at the Guest Services booth behind Section 127.

Once a Full Season Ticket Holder is nominated, the nomination is valid for the entire 2008 season. There is no need to submit multiple applications. Only Chicago Fire Full Season Ticket Holders and TOYOTA PARK Suite and Club Seat Ticket Holders are eligible to receive the award, but anyone can submit a nomination. Nominations will be accepted from February 18 - October 15, 2008.

The Chicago Fire Front Office reserves the right to select the specific game date for each winner's recognition. Individual winners will be contacted at least one week prior to the game at which the winner will be recognized. Contact will be made via the preferred method (telephone or e-mail) selected on the nomination form. The Chicago Fire will attempt to contact each winner twice. Should the winner not return a voicemail or e-mail to the Chicago Fire within two business days of the Fire's second attempt, the winner's title of Season Ticket Holder of the Game and all accompanying benefits will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

It is the responsibility of the winner to meet a Fire Season Ticket Services representative at the Guest Services booth behind Section 127 at a predetermined designated time. The winner may be required to provide a valid photo ID before receiving his/her seat upgrade and prizes. Failure to meet the representative at this time will result in loss of Season Ticket Holder of the Game status and all accompanying benefits/prizes.
