The Regional Development School (RDS) from Chicago Fire Camps and Training is an elite individual training program specifically for top competitive travel players looking to aspire to the next level.

The RDS offers boys and girls aged 8 - 14 an opportunity to receive supplementary training from Regional Development School coaches. Intended solely for competitive and elite travel players, players are exposed to the advanced curriculum that is specially designed to target technical and functional aspects of the game. Players will benefit from increased ball contact time and being able to play in an environment created so that players can perform with flair, creativity and imagination.

The strict coaching ratio of 1:12 allows players to receive excellent individual attention and coach interaction, all leading to a comprehensive electronic evaluation at the end of the program. These evaluations provide qualitative feedback that provides parents and coaches with an invaluable tool to aid their player's development.

The Regional Development Schools has four seasons of training that range from 6 - 8 week training programs:

Winter 1(January - March)
Spring(April - June)
Fall(September - October)
Winter 2(November - December)
